Payment, Insurance, & Cancellations
 
Dr. Procacci operates a fee-for-service practice, which means that she does not bill insurance directly (see FAQs). However, after each session or on a monthly basis, she will provide receipts with all the necessary information so patients can submit to their insurance for out-of-network reimbursement.
 
Payment is required at the time of service--at the beginning of each session. Dr. Procacci accepts cash and credit cards. (See below).
 
To cancel a scheduled appointment, Dr. Procacci requests at least 24 hours advanced notice. Otherwise, the patient will be charged the full fee.
  
To make a credit card payment via PayPal, choose the service from the dropdown menu below and click on "add to cart." This will take you to the ProCare Wellness, LLC secure PayPal payment page. Under "personal note," please include patient's name and date of session. Thank you!
