About

Dr. Erin Procacci, Licensed Psychologist

I can assure you that I will do all that I can to help you achieve your goals. My approach is respectful, compassionate, and collaborative. We will identify your strengths and resiliency and build upon those to work toward improving your life. I find great importance in both normalizing rather than pathologizing mental health-related concerns and looking at how environment might impact difficulties that arise. To this end, I believe it is extremely important to consider systemic issues (e.g., relationships, family, work, etc.), as opposed to looking for a solution exclusively within an individual.

I work from an integrative perspective, which has been extremely helpful in working with a wide range of clients. Adapted based on the changing needs of my client, the intervention techniques I use include cognitive, behavioral, interpersonal, experiential, affective, and systemic.

I commend you for taking this important step and look forward to hearing from you. Working together, progress, growth, and clarity are possible.
